About
The Heart Behind the Journey
I founded Nurturing Curiosity with a simple message that is close to my heart: we should be curious, not cross. Behind every challenging moment is a child trying to communicate an unmet need, and I believe they deserve someone who honors their unique voice.
My understanding isn't just professional; it is deeply personal. As a parent to an adult son with ADHD and Autism, I have lived the emotional rollercoaster—the countless meetings, the paperwork, and the difficult fight to get an EHCP and the right support in place. I know how heavy and all-consuming that stress can feel, and I want you to know: you don’t have to walk this path alone.
For over 10 years, I’ve worked in classrooms providing 1:1 and group support for children with ADHD, autism, global delay, dyslexia and many other specialist needs. I’ve seen firsthand how supported interventions in Social Skills, Emotional Literacy and talking therapy through games and activities can open doors of communication, giving children a way to share their feelings and find their voice. To better bridge the gap in our education system, I am completing my degree in Early Childhood Studies and learning as much as i can about different strategies i can help implement to truly understand how they think and feel from the their point of view.
Today, I offer calm, practical guidance to help families and schools move forward with confidence and compassion.

Cultivating a calm, supportive path for every child.
Nurturing Curiosity is dedicated to supporting primary-aged neurodivergent children and their networks. I can provide interventions at school or at home with 1:1 or group tutoring, work on Social skills, emotional regulation and mental health through games and activities aimed to help your child build their resilience and self-esteem.
School SEMH interventions
Working with groups of children or individuals on a 1:1 basis with ADHD/Autism to help with social skills, friendships and emotional regulation strategies.
- Group work will be fun and engaging but can help to assess need and encourage emotional literacy and strategies to use throughout.
- 1:1 work can be tailored to the needs of the child whether that is working on their emotions, doing specific learning interventions or assessments or working on their self-regulation strategies.
